Our Co-Founder, Ms Susan, is a passionate Social Worker, Trainer, Entrepreneur, and HR Professional. As a Resource Person for the District Child Protection Unit, Palakkad, Kerala, she conducts life skills classes for students in public schools, and sessions for parents on positive parenting. Susan is the founder of Peppy Kem, an Early Learning Centre and Children’s Club initiated in 2013. Before entering the education field, she worked as an HR professional for 6 years in various organizations across India. She is a postgraduate in Social Work, a qualified Assistant Professor and a Research Scholar at the School of Social and Behavioural Sciences, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Coimbatore.
